Send personalised ebooks to reviewers

BoMark makes it quick and easy to send a group of reviewers a personalised copy of an e-book. What's more, it's secure because BoMark also applies all visible and invisible watermarks.

The process consists of three steps (or four with a special ex libris):

1. Upload the original e-book to BoMark
2. If you want to surprise reviewers with a beautiful ex libris (a jpg image) at the front of the book, upload it to BoMark and sign the text box containing the recipient's name and e-mail address.
3. Create an Excel sheet with two columns: name and email address.
4. Select mailing, upload the Excel sheet, select the e-book file and, if desired, the ex libris, and select Send. Use the checkbox at the bottom (Send recipient an email) to decide whether BoMark sends emails or whether you do it yourself.

BoMark will now create all transactions (one for each recipient) and place them in the transaction overview. The column with the black envelope is set to “Yes” to indicate that the transaction is part of a mailing. Click “Yes” to see all transactions for the mailing in question. At the bottom of the overview, you will see the Export to Excel button. Click on it to get an Excel sheet with all the details of all transactions in this mailing, including a download link.
